Al Bielek - From Philadelphia to Phoenix: The Psychotronics Connection (1991) opens with Nikola Tesla’s meeting with President Roosevelt, the introduction of America to the aliens, and just rolls out from there into psychic slavery, Greys living in the sewers, time control, and more.

Al Bielek died in Fort Myers in 2007. He use to walk the aisles of the local health food store muttering to himself and sometimes screaming out in pain. I had heard of the Philadelphia Project through tv and movies, but found out about Mr. Bielek’s supposed involvement through his obituary.
